Scrap kit freebie @ http://farrahscreations.blogspot.com/search/label/Freebie

check out her other scraps! Amazing!

VM Extravaganza is also used in this tutorial but any texture can be used on the background

Open a new image 500x500 and flood fill white

go to your tools and draw a circle, doesnt matter what colour just make sure the outside of the circle is in a different colour and nice and wide, about 11.

right click and convert to rastor layer

using your magic wand click the outside of the edge (making the marching ants)

using a paper of your choice past it as a new layer, go to

Selections--> invert

then hit delete (not backspace)

then again go to selections--> Select none.

Now do the same on the inside of the circle, use your magic wand to choose the inside of the circle, paste your contrasting paper and go to Selections--> Invert

and hit delete.

This should give you a 2 tone scrap colour circle,

now to make the lines behind,

Go to the original circle layer you drew and go to

 Effects-->3D effects--> Cutout.

now choose a matching colour for your tag, prefereably a darker colour and having the shadow and the

vertical and horizontal to 0

opacity to 1

blur to 0 press

ok.

Now whilst this coloured layer is active, go to

Adjust-->Blur-->Gaussian Blur

and set it anywhere to between 10-12.

now to make the lines you need to use the plug in VM Extravaganza-->Transmission.

(You can use any Texture here)

Using the settings

Line Width 6
Offset 8
contrast 0

press ok.

thats the basis of your tag!

In any scrap kit you get plenty of elements, so arrange them around the edge of the tag and add your tube. erase the bottom of the tube so you get a neat edge.

Add your copyright, it doesn't ruin the tag and as your mother says, manners cost nothing!
