Ok let's start

Open a new image 500x500 and flood fill white

Open Snowframe 1 and paste as a new layer.

resize by 80% or as needed to fit your tag.

Open Ruffle 2 and paste it as a new layer across the bottom of the frame, resize and erase the edges,

Open the element SilverChain and past that above the ribbon layer you have just added and resize, again by 80%.

I then added my art, I used Suzanne Woolcotts snowmen, which come as tubes and also the image, i simply pasted the image underneath the frame and resized until I was happy with the size of the snowman,

My image came a little short on the sides so i shifted it over to the left and covered the gap to the right with hairclip 1, resized to fit.

I added a small snowflake to the top left of the tag.

To make this tag, it was nice and simple due to the fabulous elements and frames in the kit, so i decided to add an animation....

This is NOT necessary and you could add the teardrops static if you wished,

For those that want to find out how the animation is made, then read on.

If you are finishing here, then add your name and copyright!

ANIMATION

(make sure the copyright and name is on the tag before proceeding)

Open Raindroplines.

We only need one of these lines so I chose the 2nd from the left and using my magic wand, made the selection and copied and pasted that selection onto my tag.

It needs to be arranged under the frame layer.

Now, line the raindrops up with the left of the tag making sure you have a full raindrop at the bottom, and any extra layer sticking out the top of the frame.

Delete that little extra bit above the frame and right click, copy merged and paste as a new frame in Animation shop.

Go back to PSP and undo the delete and choose the moving tool (the cross) and with the raindrop layer selected, press down on your keyboard 10 times.

This will move the layer downwards without knocking it left or right, which will ruin the animation.

Now you have lowered the raindrop layer, again, delete the top of the raindrops sticking out the top of the frame.

Copy merged and go back to animation shop and paste the new frame after the one already there.
to do this right click the old frame and paste-->after current frame.

Repeat this process until you have achieved 5 frames for animation.

check your animation and as long as you are happy, save as a gif.

Hope you enjoyed the tutorial!
