This Tutorial was written by me Vixen on October 11th 2008 and was done using PSP 9.
 
Font and Tube of choice.
 
I used A & S Snapper Script.
 
I'm using the brilliant artwork of Jennifer Janesko with a valid license. Tube and License available here:-

Ok, let's get started!
 
Open a 500 x 500 canvas & floodfill white.
 
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer. Resize by 80 Smart Size. Dropshadow V2 H2 Opacity 40, Blur 5, Colour black.
 
Grab your magic wand, Tolerance & Feather 0.
 
Click inside the frame, (not forgetting the bits at the bottom).
 
Go to selections, modify and expand by 6.
 
Copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer.
 
Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
 
Select none. Move this below your frame layer. Dropshadow as above.
 
Highlight your frame layer and select your magic wand.
 
Click inside the frame again, selections, modify, expand by 6.
 
Copy and paste tube of choice, position,
 
selections, invert, selections, modify, inside/outside feather, feather amount 10,
 
click Ok, then hit delete on your keyboard a couple of times.
 
Selections, select none.
 
Dropshadow and move below your frame layer.
 
Back to your frame layer.
 
Duplicate this layer and on the original bottom layer, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius 10 and hit Ok.
 
Keep this layer highlighted, go to effects, texture effects, weave, gap size 2, width 1, opacity 3, fill gaps checked, colour black. Hit Ok.
 
Highlight your top layer.
 
Copy and paste Charm 1 as a new layer. Resize by 60 Smartsize and dropshadow.
 
Copy and paste Fragile Flower 3, resize by 40, dropshadow and place to the left of your frame.
 
Go to adjust, sharpness and sharpen each layer once.
 
Add your name using these settings
Size 48. Stroke Width 0.0 Colour Black. Anti-Alias - Sharp & added a light white Gradient Glow.
 
Crop excess, and copyright. Save as Jpeg and Hey Presto, you're done!!
