Ok let's start

Open a new image 500x500 and floodfill white

From the scrap kit take the black and green hearts frame, resize by 80% until it fits onto your image.
Dropshadow added H-0 V-0 blur 5 and opacity 70.

Now choose the green thinner frame with the stitching on it, again resize that by 80% and rotate by 14.00 so it is not straight against the frame underneath.
Dropshadow blur 11 opacity 100 H-2 V-2

For the art i have used Michael landefeld but any artist will work as long as it is a large facial image,

Place the art underneath the green hearts frame and erase any edges that are sticking out.

now to make the edges of the art that appear outside  of the frame,grey.

Using your magic wand tool and the freehand selection mark the edges of the stitched frame and go to selections-->invert

now to make the art grey you can either use a filter
xero-->greyscaler
or
Adjust-->hue and saturation-->colorize and lower the saturation to zero.

selections-->select none

now to add the elements to the tag, in this kit there are flowers, hearts buttons, ribbons....so many things!

Choose a couple of corners to adorn, i chose the 2 glitter hearts and resized them and added them to the top left hand corner, and then 2 of the flowers for the bottom left hand corner,

There is a little ornate flower and leaves trail that i have resized and also added to the left of the tag.

Add your copyright correctly as it doesn't ruin the tag but makes 'the' difference!

This was a fab kit to work with and i hope you enjoy it too!
