Xenofex 2 - Constellation - OPTIONAL

Ok let's start

Open a new image 500x500 and floodfill white

Paste one of the papers from the kit as a new layer above the white layer.
I chose the dark paper with the heearts.

Add the Mask that is supplied .
Merge group.

Using the Flower from the kit paste it as a new layer onto your tag, resize by 80% about 6 times. It doesnt need to be too big.

Using the filter Mura Meister we will make the frame for the tag.
Using the settings....

Paste the wiggly ribbon onto your tag, duplicate this ribbon and mirror it

Image--> Mirror.

Move the ribbons left and right until your happy with how they sit and erase the edges.

Adorn the left or right hand side of the ribbons with the button and bow that are supplied with the kit, i then use the safety pin and erased the top bar so it looks like the pin is pinned onto the ribbon.

Now add your tube, i resized it by 80% just so it fitted on the tag. I then duplicated the layer.

Using your eraser erase the edge across the bottom of the tag, ie her legs, this will then leave a really nice clear line between the tube and the tag seeming like the tube is popping out of the frame.

This tube by Scott Blair is Britney Spears from the Video Toxic, Not sure if you have seen the video but her outfit really sparkled, so i have added some animation.

To make it sparkle as i have done, we use the  Xenofex 2 - Constellation.

Using the Magic Wand select the parts of the tube that you want to sparkle.
go to the filter and use these settings

press ok, selections-->none-->Right Click & Copy Merged--> Past as new layer in Animation Shop.

Go back to PSP and step backwards, once, will put the marching ants from the magic wand back on and doing it again will remove the constellation effect.

Repeat adding the filter constellation again as before, only this time press Random Seed a couple of times. Press ok.. and repeat the above steps,

I like to have 4 or 5 frames for the sparkle to look really good.

Add your copyright correctly as it doesn't ruin the tag but makes 'the' difference!
